a partnership deal with "MDS" a nationwide, Mexico development management company and
Mexico foreign direct investment promotion with professional service on the Mayan Adventures project.
"MDS" A subsidiary of AD Tec Construction Management and Consulting is a nationwide Mexico development management
company. Dedicated to serving the most prestigious development projects in the Baja, MDS applies orthodox project management

the child star turned King of Pop who set the world on fire as he displayed a natural ability to make you move with his music
and dancing. He was and will always be remembered as a musical genius. A great loss; Michael died
on June 25, 2009. He was 50. Michael will always be apart of our lives, he left a legacy of music and dance that inspired
people like Chris Tucker, Alfonso Ribeiro, and others. He wowed the crowed with his dancing.
June 25, 2009 is a very sad day, a great loss will be felt for years to come. a Man with a good heart and soul for which some
saw him as a meal ticket instead of the Merlin of music, making magic with his dancing. As he although we will never know
to truly understand him, we know and shall always know that Michael Jackson existed, and lives forever. My prayers go out
to those touched the hardest by his death.

ELATED WORLDWIDE GROUP to build Cozumel’s first amusement
/ theme park – Mayan Adventures. In fact, this park will be the first theme park for the entire Yucatan
peninsula region, with the closest competition well over 2,000 miles away. By leveraging the strong tourism
industry situated along the Eastern coast of the Yucatan peninsula, including Cancun, the Mayan Riviera and Cozumel Island,
a ready source of new customers can be cost effectively acquired to visit the park, offering a unique destination resort and
a remarkable investment opportunity. The park will capture the local look and feel of Cozumel, blending into
local topography and culture while offering educational insight into the rich history of the Mayan people. Shows
will be presented in addition to water park, roller coaster and other exciting rides, producing an exciting and memorable
vacation experience to those who attend.
A team of experts has been assembled to address each of the challenges
with launching such an ambitious resort, each with a dedicated drive to achieve success while functioning as a responsible
corporate citizen, creating harmony with the local people, government and visiting tourists and vacationers. The park will offer
rides and entertainment for the entire family, from young children to teenagers to adults. Considerable
focus and investment will be placed on research and development, to ensure the timely addition of new rides while at the same
time the necessary time and attention to maintain the park’s operations and rider safety. This project will be a benefit to
the local government by: · Providing 300 or more jobs
for local Mexican residents and ove 100 new jobs for US ·
Increasing Cozumel’s visibility, as a global destination resort. ·
Expediting an increase in Mexico’s overall economy an bring back funds to inject and stimulate
into US economy. · Expanding the potential stay
for visitors to the local area, increasing the average revenue per visitor. ·
Enabling future growth and stability without interrupting the rich history.

new and improve safety measures on it's rides and games in our parks. We will seek out and challenge ourself's to
improve and lower our cost so that everyone gets a chance to enjoy our parks and recreation. We will start new programs that
help people who are in need, We will enteract with the locals running specails for them and their families, we will take every
step yto make sure that their is something for everyone that comes to our park, from thrilling water rides, slides, whater
rapids and lazy rivers to Thrilling roller coasters that will thrill even to the most dedicated thrill seekers, we will have museums,
that will teach about the Mayan culture, and shows that will leave you breathless wanting to see it again and again. With
the lights that will mezmorize, shows that will captivate and rides that will stimulate. We will change the way themed
parks are done and seen.
 DKY Architects, an Architectural, Planning and Interiors firm created with the objective
of giving the client quality in both design and execution, is one of AyZar’s major business partners. DKY acts as a partner throughout the development of the project, working in conjunction with AyZar Developments during
design, documentation, approval and construction phases to deliver a high quality marketable product within the established
budget. Impeccable sense of design, attention to clients’ concerns and preferences, and fair business practices are
the major cornerstones of DKY Architect’s business. DKY has a proven track record in meeting municipal zoning and planning
requirements and obtaining required approvals and permits in an expeditious and timely manner. DKY
